We try to dispatch every other day although sometimes if this is not possible, we will ship at least every Tuesday and Friday.

Postage charges as follows:-
Up to £99.99 - £6.95
From £100.00 upwards - £8.95
Contract of sale:-
Your contract of sale under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 starts from the date of dispatch, not time of purchase.
Privacy policy:-
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully
(in accordance with the data protection act 1998).
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Cancelling an order:-
To cancel a contract, write "cancel contract" on the back of the invoice.
Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. We may, at our discretion accept goods back outside of these 7 days subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must contact us for this option to be considered.
Returns policy:-
To comply with UK distance selling regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 please contact us immediately if you are in any way dissatisfied with your order.
If your order is not as you'd expect, contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods in writing by
email or post (contact details below). Items must be returned to us within original packaging, and in
the condition you received it, within 14 days of receipt to qualify for refund.
Faulty/damaged goods:-
If you receive your item and find it to be faulty contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods in writing by email or post (contact details below).
Unwanted items:-
If you order the wrong item, duplicates, or no longer require the item(s), we will refund purchase costs (upon receipt of items), items must be returned to us in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
We will not be liable for the costs of returning unwanted items.
Return of unwanted items will incur a 10% restocking charge
Refunds:-
When refunds are applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to take good care of the products whilst in their care. We cannot offer refunds on items that have been clearly mis-used, used outside of manufacturers recommendations or not in accordance manufacturers instructions (where appropriate).
Items that have been ordered in especially on a customers behalf (not ex- stock) or items that have been modified/altered either by the customer or by us (at the customers request at the time of sale), cannot be accepted for refund.
All refund/return requests must accompanied by satisfactory proof of purchase (copy of original invoice), clearly showing the amount, and the purchase date.

All guarantees for products are provided entirely by us and are subject to
our terms and conditions.
There is no guarantee, warranty or contract on any items used for racing, pace making, time trials, competition, track days, (or similar) or outside of the manufacturers recommended fitment and guidance for use.
